“Rice” Pudding


  • 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese

  • 1/3 cup vanilla casein or whey protein powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon, to taste

TIP: For best results, please enjoy this as part of a complete SANE meal (lots and lots of non-starchy vegetables, lots of nutrient dense protein, and some whole food fats).

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix gently until combined. Serve immediately.
