Mushroom Salad


  • 3-1/2 (4.5 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms

  • 6-3/4 stalks celery, chopped

  • 1-3/4 (4 ounce) jars pimentos

  • 1-3/4 onion, chopped

  • 1-3/4 pounds light Italian-style salad dressing

  • 1-3/4 large red bell pepper, chopped (optional)

  • 1-3/4 green bell pepper, chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, celery, pimentos, onion, red bell pepper and green bell pepper.
  2. Add 1/2 to 1 cup dressing and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until chilled. Toss well before serving.
