Mushroom and Turkey Soup


  • 2 lbs turkey breast

  • 8 cups water

  • 1 cup carrot, diced

  • 1 onion, medium minced

  • 5 ounces shiitake mushrooms

  • 1 cup celery, diced

Total Time: 1hr Prep: 15 min Cook: 45 min

  1. Boil turkey in water until cooked.
  2. Cool and shred meat then add carrots, onion, celery, mushrooms, garlic and thyme to shredded turkey and broth. Cook until vegetables are done.
  3. Add white vinegar before serving (vinegar acts as a flavor enhancer).
