Hearts of Palm Veggie Dip


  • 1 ripe Hass avocado, peeled and sliced

  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup Hearts of Palm Dip

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon

  • 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, optional

  1. In a food processor, pulse avocado, shallot and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Add Hearts of Palm Dip and pulse to combine.
  3. Add tarragon, parsley and dill and pulse to combine.
  4. Taste and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with additional herbs, if desired, and serve.
