Greek Eggs


  • 1⁄2 tablespoon butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1⁄4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • salt and pepper (optional)

  1. Heat butteror margarine in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Beat eggs, then pour into pan.
  3. Add feta cheese, and cook, stirring occasionally to scramble.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.


This recipe does not contain many non-starchy vegetables. To maximize your results, it is highly recommended that you eat at least three servings of non-starchy vegetables via a SANE side dish or green smoothie along with this main dish.
