Broccoli Salad


  • 6 cups fresh broccoli florets

  • 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced

  • 1/4 cup and 1 teaspoon raisins

  • 3 tablespoons dry roasted sunflower seeds

  • 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

  • 3 tablespoons orange juice

  • 1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons fat-free mayonnaise

  1. Combine the broccoli, onions, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
