Ingredients
- 2 (13 3/4 ounce) cans beef broth
- 1⁄4 cup dry sherry
- 1⁄3 cup sliced celery
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup drained sliced water chestnuts
- 4 medium fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (7 ounce) package frozen pea pods
- scallion, curls for garnish

Directions
- In saucepan, combine first 6 ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and pea pods. Simmer 2 minutes.
- Garnish with scallion curl and serve.
