Almond Pear Cereal


  • 2 large, firm pears, cored and roughly chopped

  • 2/3 cup light coconut milk

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

  • 1 cup vanilla casein or whey protein powder

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened raw shredded coconut

TIP: For best results, please enjoy this as part of a complete SANE meal (lots and lots of non-starchy vegetables, lots of nutrient dense protein, and some whole food fats).

To an electric blender, add the pear, coconut milk, almond meal, flaxseed, and casein or whey powder.

Blend on low speed until the ingredients are completely combined and there are no large chunks of pear, but the mixture has a coarse texture.

Add the coconut and blend just until the coconut is incorporated.

Serve immediately.
