Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
- 2 cups fresh sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup canned mushrooms
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup low sodium, low fat vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion

Directions
- In a wok over high heat, heat the extra virgin coconut oil. Add the mushrooms and saute for 4 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, sherry, honey, and vegetable broth to the wok. Cover and steam for 2 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
