Ingredients
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons extra virgin coconut oil
- 2-3/4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1-1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds beef flank steak

Directions
- In a shallow bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, melted extra virgin coconut oil, garlic, onion, ginger and pepper. Coat steak with marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
- Grill steak for 7 to 8 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
