Ingredients
- 1 ripe Hass avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Hearts of Palm Dip
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, optional

Directions
- In a food processor, pulse avocado, shallot and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add Hearts of Palm Dip and pulse to combine.
- Add tarragon, parsley and dill and pulse to combine.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with additional herbs, if desired, and serve.
