Ingredients
- ½ cup cashews, roughly chopped
- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 8 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 6 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2/3 cup sugar-free vanilla syrup (such as Torani’s)
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

TIP: For best results, please enjoy this as part of a complete SANE meal (lots and lots of non-starchy vegetables, lots of nutrient dense protein, and some whole food fats).
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
In a large bowl, mix the nuts, coconut, chia, and nutmeg until combined.
Add the syrup and oil and mix well, ensuring ingredients are evenly coated.
On a foil-covered baking sheet, spread mixture evenly in a half-inch layer.
Bake on the middle rack of the oven until deep golden brown, stirring occasionally to ensure even coloring.
Cool completely. Store in an airtight jar.
