Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge


Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter

  • 2 cups chocolate UMP protein powder blend

  • 2 cups chocolate casein or whey powder

  • 1 cup unsweetened, undutched cocoa powder

  • Cinnamon, to taste

  • Xyla xylitol, to taste (start with a teaspoon)

  • Water as needed, for consistency

TIP: For best results, please enjoy this as part of a complete SANE meal (lots and lots of non-starchy vegetables, lots of nutrient dense protein, and some whole food fats).

Place the peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds until it is softened.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Add water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
